Registration for the Spring League is by team only. Players must be listed on the roster submitted by the head coach in order to be registered for the league.

Coaches may use the online option, which includes submitting the roster of players and paying the team fee. There is a $10 convenience fee for using online registration so the fee will come up as $505.
Parents will need to complete a waiver form for each player. They may file a hard copy of the form in the link above or click here to file the form online.
