COACHES
1. If you are new to GABL, create an account.
2. If you already have an account, please login to existing account.
3. Click on the Volunteer tab on your account page.
4. Select the application for 2017 Fall Basketball Team Registration.
5. Select the correct application for the grade and gender you will be coaching.
6. Complete application.
7. After you submit your application, please scroll to the bottom of the confirmation page and click Visit Team Page.
8. You may also access your team page through your account page and Volunteer tab.
9. Once you are on your team page, click on the roster tab and manage invites.
10. Now you must invite your players and assistant coaches to join the team. This is the ONLY way that they will be able to register to play or coach.
11. Enter an email for a parent of each player, separating them by a semicolon (;). Be sure to include one for your own child.
12. Scroll down and enter the email address for your assistant coaches.
13. Send the emails.
14. Each email you entered will receive an invitation that will include a link to register and a code that ties them to your team.
15. As players register, they will automatically be on your roster.
16. Please tell your team to be watching for the email to get registered.
17. Head coach may visit the Team Page at any time to see who has registered, to resend invitations, to add invitations, etc.
18. Coach is responsible for submitting payment by cc online or to the office.
PARENTS
After your coach registers the team, you will receive an email with a link and confirmation code that will allow you to register.
Please contact your coach if you have not received the email.
